Seat Reservation Fee
The seat reservation fee is applied toward the formal tuition after onboarding communication. If both sides confirm that the student is not suitable to enter the program, the seat reservation fee will be refunded to the original payment method.
Full Tuition
If a student pays the full tuition and both sides confirm during onboarding that the student is not suitable to enter the program, the payment will be refunded according to the agreed process and returned to the original payment method where possible.
After Course Access
Once formal course access, encrypted videos, private materials, or student training resources have been opened, refunds may be limited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
